With Spacent Asuntosäätiö enables access to quality workspaces to its nationwide team

For many companies with employees across the country, finding workspaces in different cities is a challenge. Setting up and maintaining your own offices in every location is expensive and time-consuming, but without decent workspaces, employees end up on an unequal footing.

This is the exact challenge Asuntosäätiö faced. Whenever we’ve ran into issues, we’ve been able to reach the team quickly and we’ve sorted things out together,” says Minna Saarni, HR Manager at Asuntosäätiö.

One last thing that Saarni adds, is that employees have been pleased that many of the locations take their coffee seriously. Coffee matters to Finns, and Asuntosäätiö’s people are no exception.
